SEO & SEM Marketing Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly skilled SEO & SEM Marketing Manager to join our fun, fast-paced, and growing marketing team! In this role, you will drive our digital marketing strategy, improve our search engine presence, and generate high-quality leads. This role will also be responsible for optimizing our website, managing paid search campaigns, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance our online visibility and conversion rates. An understanding of HealthMark’s market landscape is critical, so we are seeking candidates with B2B healthcare IT or related experience. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Management:

  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns for Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create, test, and refine ad copy to optimize ad performance.
  • Implement bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Adjust budgets, targeting, content, and creative as needed to improve lead quality.
  • Develop paid social strategies to support lead generation and brand awareness.

 

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Management:

  • Develop and execute an SEO strategy to increase organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize metadata to improve search visibility.
  • Provide content recommendations based on keyword research.
  • Monitor and improve backlink profiles and domain authority. 
  • Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to optimize performance. 
  • Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Implement technical SEO best practices, including site architecture, page speed optimization and schema markup.

 

Analytics and Insights:

  • Track, measure, and analyze website performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve traffic, engagement and conversions.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years in SEO and SEM for a B2B company, preferably in healthcare IT.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. 
  • Google Ads Certifications (Search, Measurement, Display, Creative).
  • Experience in SEMrush, MOZ, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, content marketing, and PPC advertising.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and lead generation.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter.
