Your future team

As an SEO Marketing Associate on the Performance Marketing team, you'll focus on helping teams worldwide, from startups to enterprises, while using Atlassian tools. You'll work with digital marketers to improve campaigns to acquire and retain customers.

What you'll do

The SEO team is part of Performance Marketing and helps to create trusted web content that showcases Atlassian's expertise and turns search engine users into lifelong Atlassian customers. As an associate on our team, you will learn how to apply SEO best practices in an enterprise B2B setting to help us acquire new customers and grow market share through targeted web content.

Qualifications

Your background

• Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (marketing, business, or related field) and graduating by June 2025

• Have a basic knowledge of Excel (e.g. Pivot tables, VLookUp, etc.)

• Skillset to problem solve by writing and communicating well

• Passionate about Digital Marketing and content strategy

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.

In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $85,100 - $113,400

Zone B: $76,500 - $102,100

Zone C: $70,600 - $94,100

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
