Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Senior Workforce Productivity Analyst to join our Workforce Analytics Team. Responsible for assisting with financial and variance analysis of Local Systems and other HSHS affiliates. The position will provide refined analysis of monthly operations to support monthly accountability reporting to the Local Systems and affiliates.

Position Specifics:
• Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday
• Location: 100% remote for daily work, candidate needs to be within driving distance to IL or WI
• Compensation that aligns with your experience


Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field is required.

Experience Qualifications

  • 3 years’ experience in accounting, finance, statistics, healthcare or related field is required.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.

Pay Range:

$31.03 - $46.54

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
