The Team:
Reporting to the Head of Digital, this critical role will shape global full-funnel web and digital marketing initiatives. This new hire will drive large parts of our website initiatives, providing optimal user experiences aligned with our marketing and digital strategies. Additionally, this role will represent the digital marketing team day-to-day in coordination of digital initiatives with teams across the business including PMM (product marketing), content, design, operations, regional marketing teams and more. Neo4j is poised to deliver innovative and engaging digital experiences for our customers, and we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to help bring that vision to life.
This role is critical in driving the web and digital vision in partnership with multiple cross-functional teams to create audience-first engagement across Neo4j’s digital ecosystem. With critical personas in mind, you will help develop - and implement to completion - critical strategies, projects and initiatives. You will leverage data analytics to help increase demand, conversion, and optimize UX, while ensuring a strong brand, product and market positioning.
The Role:
- Be the Frontline for all Web requests & updates. Ability to manage multiple priorities, including among Execs/VPs and triage according to business needs.
