JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior Web Designer with 10 years of experience, you will lead the design and development of visually stunning and user-friendly websites. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including web developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate possesses a strong design portfolio, an in-depth understanding of industry trends, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring the highest quality of web design deliverables.

· Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and business objectives to inform the design strategy.

· Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate design concepts and user interactions.

· Collaborate with web developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and optimal user experiences.

· Conduct thorough usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into design solutions.

· Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth.

· Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

· Maintain and enforce design standards, guidelines, and best practices throughout the design process.

· Continuously improve and streamline design workflows and processes.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful web design projects.

· Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma and WordPress.

· Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
