Senior UX Designer - Web and Mobile Enterprise Applications

Location: USA (East Coast Hours)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team and help design intuitive, effective, and engaging user experiences for our web and mobile enterprise applications. You will work closely with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct user research and discovery to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
  • Create a seamless and cohesive user experience by designing and refining user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and analyze data to inform design decisions.
  • Design for UX best practices and consistency across all platforms.
  • Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into your design process.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile applications for field workers.
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Estimated base salary for this role is $125,000 to $155,000 plus equity

  • Remote position, however the role is expected to work Eastern Time..
