🤓 We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager with proven experience managing web acquisition campaigns across all geographies.
As a UA Manager at Photoroom, you will contribute to the growth of our new active subscribers and own some paid channels with a 7-digit budget.

💰50K€ - 80K€* + Stock-Options/BSPCE
🇪🇺 We are flexible: you can work from anywhere in Europe and come once a month to Paris (fully reimbursed) or come to the office more often.
✈️ We offer substantial support for relocation (up to 10K€ package), including finding an apartment in Paris and supporting you with the visa procedure.
🇬🇧 Photoroom is an international team and we work in English. We offer language lessons for those who need them (English & French).
*We will adapt to the cost of living if it is higher than Paris.
✨ About the Role ✨
You will be responsible for paid acquisition channels across platforms and geos.
You will drive the performance of your campaigns using LTV and cohorts analysis, identify the most relevant signals, and increase the overall return on ad spend.
You will be running our web-paid acquisition efforts on mobile and desktop.
You will improve our mobile app acquisition measurement to continue to run the acquisition profitably.
You will suggest product features to improve the monetization funnel.
You will stay up-to-date with industry news and developments and proactively implement them daily.

Experience: A first experience in performance marketing, running web-to-app or regular web channels.
Analytical: You possess keen analytical skills and can turn complex, disparate datasets into insights that drive strategies and solutions.
Ownership: You have strong project management skills, including prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You are hands-on. You plan AND execute.
Impact: In a fast-growing environment, you want to make Photoroom known to millions of entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Communication: You have excellent spoken, visual, and written communication skills, allowing you to communicate complex information clearly to your colleagues.
Language: You are fluent in English. You know how to adapt yourself to other cultures to thrive in an international team.
