What you will do:
As our Senior Upstream Portfolio Marketing Manager in Clinical Collaboration and Communication, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Voice Technology portfolio by driving strategic initiatives, uncovering market opportunities, and delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will leverage your expertise in competitive insights, market research, and customer value propositions to influence product development and position our business for sustained growth. Conduct competitive, customer, and market research to uncover actionable insights.
Develop and refine portfolio strategies, marketing plans, and product launch frameworks.
Leverage industry knowledge to anticipate trends, build compelling value propositions, and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally on new product development processes, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
Manage evidence generation and create impactful messaging strategies.
Utilize business analytics to assess performance and inform decision-making.
Mentor and inspire teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree required
8+ years of work experience required
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
Prefer the bachelor's degree come from a technical discipline (i.e. engineering, computer science, etc.)
MBA preferred
3+ years of experience within the marketing function in a software company strongly preferred.
$98,000 - $210,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
