Manage the day-to-day operation of DN’s foreign currency hedging programs globally for the group, across 40 countries, 20 currencies and $500m portfolio. This position is responsible for analyzing, reporting and trading FX exposures in line with Global Treasury policies and communicating exposure and hedging status to senior management. The position includes working with key stakeholders across the business, managing external relationships that support the FX strategy and supporting senior management.
- Monitoring, calculating and analyzing group FX exposures for regular reporting
- Global hedging transactions at group and entity level, both internally and externally
- Tracking and amending hedges on a regular basis
- Ensuring compliance with Treasury policies
- Supporting group entities with accounting and booking of internal trades
- Ensuring accurate reporting of trades internally and externally including reconciliation of ledger entries
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to FX trading
- Supporting ISDA and KYC processes with trading partners and management of those relationships
- Reviewing and amending Treasury policies related to FX and Risk Management
- Supporting the wider Treasury group on ad-hoc projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. MBA and/or CTP credential helpful
- 5 to 7 years experience in Finance, Accounting or Treasury functions
- Experience with foreign currency
- Advanced Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; VBA knowledge

Salary Range: $76,000 to $115,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, internal equity, and relevant experience.
