Position Summary:

The Senior Manager, Training & Enablement (QuartzBio) is responsible for managing the training activities for client onboarding. This role will drive learning through building out programs to onboard customers and support adoption of QuartzBio SaaS solutions. This role will manage, coordinate, and deliver user training in collaboration with QuartzBio professional services.

QuartzBio is a data and information management SaaS company that transforms sample and biomarker data to accelerate and power drug development in the life sciences industry. Our AI-powered, Biomarker Intelligence Platform, enables precision medicine at scale.

As the Senior Manager, Training & Enablement (QuartzBio), you will have a pivotal role in delivering our industry leading SaaS solutions.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities related to developing content and delivering training.
  • Drive the creation of content, training curriculum, and learning objectives for end user training.
  • Support logistical aspects of live and Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) / Virtual Workshops, ensuring seamless and impactful learning experiences.
  • Develop and execute end user training to enable adoption and reduce time to value.
  • Optimize learning objectives and materials to enhance the user learning experience.
  • Ensure the proper coordination and roll out of training sessions.
  • Partner with QuartzBio Implementation Consultants to align training content with client use cases, user personas, and applicable product features.
  • Lead a team of trainers and instructors, optimizing their contributions to meet enterprise needs.
  • Manage projects and ensure that they are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Continuously improve processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, life sciences or related discipline
  • 7 years of relevant work of experience training and SaaS product onboarding in an information technology, software development, or life sciences industry
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams.
  • 7 years of experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally both internal and external customers.
  • Proven track record in developing tailored training content for SaaS solutions.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to partner with customers and to review and understand end-to-end work processes.
  • Skill in supervising, developing and coaching employees.
  • Excellent ability to translate technical terms to layperson's terms and presents them to audiences.
  • Skilled in working closely with customers and suppliers to define expectations and mutual responsibilities.

Other Required:

  • Experience developing or implementing training content for a SaaS Solutions business
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
  • Ability to create, document, and follow processes and procedures
  • Ability to gather and integrate information from varied sources
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Must be able to read, write, speak fluently, and comprehend the English language

Preferred:

  • Experience with Smartsheets software
  • Experience with Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence)
  • Experience in leading change management initiatives.
  • Global training development and delivery experience
  • Experience in developing and delivering training on a global scale
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms, video production, and multimedia tools.

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.Reasonable estimate of the current range$116,621—$174,931 USD
