As a Sr Technology Specialist, you will provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Tempus employees. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues, performing installations, and maintaining IT systems to ensure optimal performance. Strong customer service skills and technical expertise are essential. This position will require on call availability, typically one week out of every two months.
Due to the nature of the position, we are seeking individuals with a technical background with experience with technical support.

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.
Job Description- Administers, executes processes/procedures and addresses issues for products and services supported in Technology Infrastructure. May support analysis and report generation, exception processing and service management. Implements new products, services, and operational solutions as well as augments existing capabilities.
- Performs advanced administration requiring sound and thorough knowledge of specified operational products /services.
- Provides technical operational, analytical and research support to technical teams through both written and verbal communications.
- Drives incident resolution and root cause analysis of production problems.
- Develops and maintains technical, operational and service procedures, as well as process workflows for operational/applications teams.
