We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Technical Writer to join our Technical Publications team. This is a remote position for the USA. Reporting to the Manager, Technical Publications, you will be responsible for:

  • Translating technical information into clear, concise, and effective documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Delivering post-sales content for online documentation (i.e., help articles, release notes, etc.) as well as providing UI text (i.e., tooltips, labels, error messages, etc.) for use by UX and Engineering teams
  • Integrating graphics and illustrations to improve the quality and usability of the documentation
  • Working cross-functionally with SMEs in the Engineering, Field Support, Sales, Training, and Product Marketing teams
  • Leading and mentoring other technical writers on the team and assisting with documentation project scheduling and management
