Our Talent team is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to help build the best startup team! We are actively hiring for our Technical (Engineering, Product, Design) org, seeking experienced recruiters with technical hiring exposure. Serving as a strategic advisor to hiring managers across the org, youâll develop inclusive, structured hiring practices to assemble a standout team. Weâre in hyper-growth mode and youâll be instrumental in our trajectory, supporting the mission-critical objective of identifying, engaging, assessing and closing the best talent long-term for Headwayâs continued success.
You will:
- Partner with hiring managers across key org functions to scale their respective teams, advising them on search strategy from role intake to closeÂ
- Collaborating with Sourcers & Coordinators, own full-cycle recruiting and use data to make tactical decisions that improve the end-to-end search processÂ
- Collaborate with Sourcers and Hiring Managers to develop DEI sourcing strategy that aligns with our company objectives
- Follow a structured hiring process with the goal of reducing bias and making the best hiring decisions
- Contribute to cross-functional projects with our People Ops, HRBP and Total Rewards teams
