Senior Technical Program Manager

Our team has successfully launched a new and innovative technology platform, Allē, which serves millions of consumers, tens of thousands of aesthetics providers and thousands of colleagues throughout the US. Since its launch in November 2020, Allē has delivered curated promotions, personalized experiences and had millions of consumers use it as part of their beauty journey.

As the Senior Technical Program Manager, you will report to the Director of Technical Program Manager, as well as continuously collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to solve the most important technical problems.

You Will

• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Software Engineers to plan, maintain, and prioritize engineering and data insights work via respective JIRA boards

• Execute the Scrum Master role, when needed, including running daily/weekly scrum ceremonies for both Data Engineering and Data Science teams

• Facilitate technical discussions/decisions for the program and be a key interface across Data Engineering, Data Science and ML Engineering ensuring interdependent work progresses in lockstep

• Own and Drive the ultimate delivery responsibility and accountability for the successful implementation of data projects, including integrations with other systems, collaborative design work and dashboards, build of data models and algorithms

• Liaise with internal teams and outside vendors for technical specification documentation

• Create and maintain technical artifacts (roadmaps, project plans, capacity planning, technical workflows, etc)

• Manage technical release planning in collaboration with engineering and business owners/stakeholders

• Develop a status and reporting structure that is consistent with agile principles that also gives insight into progress toward the business outcomes
