We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Strategy & Planning team. Reporting to the Manager, Program Management, you'll be responsible to:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects related to GTM business applications, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment of GTM technology initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication, track team performance, and manage issues and risks to meet project timelines and objectives.
  • Create project documentation, including executive communications, dashboards, project plans, and status reports, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and potential risks.
  • Drive projects using Agile, SDLC, and other software delivery frameworks, while enabling annual planning, prioritization, and reporting on the portfolio's overall performance.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a focus on GTM-related projects.
