About the Role & TeamWe’re looking for a dynamic Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Data Platform Product area. In this role, you’ll partner with the Engineering and Product leaders to drive planning, execution, and strategic initiatives. You will be part of the larger R&D Operations Organization within Engineering operations. This group is responsible for supporting our product and engineering teams, agile coaching & process governance, driving strategic engineering initiatives, and associated interlocks the Product & Engineering organization needs to be successful.
This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Engineering and Product leaders for all critical decisions and key initiatives within the Data Platform.
• Continuously seek to improve processes and streamline collaboration across teams in the Data Platform and teams dependent on the data platform
• Expert in Agile Methodologies at both the team level and teams of teams level. Has the ability to coach individuals and teams across all types of Agile principles and practices.
