Job Description:
Parsons is now hiring for a Senior Technical Consultant to join our XD Team in technical support for our Critical Infrastructure practice across the US! Working remotely, this candidate will independently develop and supervise the development of advanced designs or technical procedures utilizing implementing Autodesk civil design applications.
What You'll Be Doing:
· Serves as a technical consultant within Digital Delivery implementation
· Creating enhanced technical solutions to meet client and/or regulatory requirements and actively seeks improvements to work processes
· Researching, analyzing, and organizing statistics or other technical materials for specific applications
· Participating in business development activities, including proposal preparation and formal client presentations
· Participates in one or more professional organizations
· May write or review articles written by others for publication in professional journals
· May perform in a technical leadership role, providing technical direction to others in the production of products or services to ensure adherence to project requirements
· May supervise or mentor one or more staff and provide performance input
· Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
What Skills & Qualifications You'll Bring:
· 4-year degree in related technical field
· 12+ years of broad and diversified technical experience
· Expertise in utilizing and implementing Autodesk civil Design applications including, civil3D, Autodesk construction cloud and infraworks.
· Expertise and current knowledge of relevant technological developments and industry standards
· Highly proficient in use of communication technology and automation in order to achieve the highest level of productivity
