Senior Talent Acquisition Data Analyst - Remote - US

The Senior Talent Acquisition Data Analyst will serve as a primary analytical resource driving the optimization of Talent Acquisition processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with end-to-end project ownership and presenting findings and recommendations to audiences of all levels. The person in this role will be a go-getter with a track record of delivering results, finding ways to overcome obstacles, and demonstrating excellent business judgment. They will have a critical eye for detail, the ability to cut through noise to solve for key business objectives, and high expectations and standards. 

 

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

  • Build and maintain dashboards to generate insights for various functions across Talent Acquisition.
  • Advise business leaders in the navigation and interpretation of data visualizations to enable a self-service reporting model.
  • Write highly-optimized SQL queries to leverage in reporting.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and business leaders to provide strategic support across Talent Acquisition.
  • Proactively communicate recommendations around opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize technical and subject matter expertise to identify gaps or inefficiencies in process and/or data quality issues.

 

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Data Science.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
  • Ability to efficiently analyze complex data sets from multiple sources and present actionable insights.
  • Ability to influence across the business by clearly and concisely communicating insights to stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
