The Workday Financial Systems Analyst will function as a strategic contributor for business processes at Curriculum Associates (CA) leveraging Workday technologies. This role will provide oversight in all financial business applications initiatives and be able to advise senior leaders on world class financial systems.
Systems Analysts are expected to support CA’s organizational goals by acting as a liaison between IT and business units (multiple departments / systems). They will provide detailed business analysis to outline business problems and opportunities while proposing solutions with impacts.
The impact you'll have:
- Serve as a strategic partner for Workday Financials as the IT point of contact for business leaders and stakeholders including business leads, people leaders and C Suite to define, implement and maintain Workday configurations and workflows for supported modules.
- Provide advice to senior leaders to help with decision-making Serve as a lead in all Finance ERP current and future initiatives Demonstrate expertise and ownership for the configuration and testing of the Workday platform Serve as the IT’s primary contact and coordinator for financial systems upgrades/enhancements.
- Manages the following tasks for the Workday platform:
- Coordinate and run user testing and manage the launch of business processes
- Proactively prepare for annual activities and bi-annual releases supported by Workday, working with all cross functional departments to implement related changes to workstreams.
- Collaborate with functional business owners and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather high level and detailed requirements for Financials management.
- Development and maintenance of technical system documentation surrounding all financial processes and related interfaces that impact business and reporting systems including test script documentation.
- Responsible for business process configurations, testing, and deployment while ensuring data integrity.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in technical fields including computer science, information systems, or similar
- Substantial experience strategically designing and leading global ERP projects, especially financial modules such as AP, AR, FP&A, Procurement, etc.
- Working knowledge of Workday Financials 5+ years managing global ERP deployments
- A minimum of 2 full life cycle financial implementations
- Experience gathering and aligning business requirements across stakeholders that span job levels and functions
Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $93,250. - $166,250. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
