About the Role:
The Senior System Support Engineer takes a leadership role in ensuring system reliability. They handle high-complexity issues, optimize processes, and mentor less experienced team members to uphold operational excellence.
What You Will Do:
- Act as the lead for resolving high-priority and complex incidents.
- Design and implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms for critical systems.
- Lead root cause analysis for major incidents and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with development teams to address recurring problems.
- Train and mentor junior team members in support practices.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
- Successful team members possess a combination of three virtues β they are humble, hungry, and smart.

Salary range: $71,883.22 β $132,757.01
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which β¦
