About the Role:

The Senior System Support Engineer takes a leadership role in ensuring system reliability. They handle high-complexity issues, optimize processes, and mentor less experienced team members to uphold operational excellence.

What You Will Do:

• Act as the lead for resolving high-priority and complex incidents.
• Design and implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms for critical systems.
• Lead root cause analysis for major incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with development teams to address recurring problems.
• Train and mentor junior team members in support practices.

What You Will Need:

•  Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
•  Typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.

Salary range: $71,883.22 – $132,757.01
