Get to Know the Opportunity:
We are looking for Senior Claims Specialists to join our Stop Loss Claims department to assist with the processing and payment of claims. Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Stop Loss (preferred) or medical claims experience.
The Contributions You'll Make:
- Analyze and determine claims payment in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external customers
- Lead problem solving in a team environment
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Minimum Knowledge & Experience:
- 3+ years claims of insurance experience
- Effective customer service skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Excel, preferred
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a workflow environment
