Job Description
The Cross Product Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing and coordinating cross-functional initiatives that span multiple Product Lines, Value Teams, and Divisions. The role will also involve developing and promoting best practices for delivery with the potential for wider adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
Leading cross-functional collaboration for initiatives that span product lines, value teams, and divisions, including the coordination of planning, execution, and delivery of cross-product initiatives, as well as owning the "check-list".
Managing governance and stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication. Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring coordination and alignment across different product lines or divisions
Navigating unexpected challenges, changes in priorities, and changing business requirements to ensure uninterrupted effective delivery.
Selecting and adapting delivery methodologies to suit the needs of different initiatives, aligning and continually adjusting delivery with overarching business goals.
Developing and maintaining resource utilization and capacity planning, including utilizing a standardized cost forecasting approach for initiatives, including total cost of ownership (TCO) calculations.
Ensuring the robust and seamless transition of initiatives to Product Lines and operational teams after completion.
Planning and allocating resources for cross-product delivery and coordinating with investment Manager to ensure appropriate coordination and forecasting.
Aligning with the strategic vision and business objectives as set by BTP and driving the teams toward successful delivery.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Scientific or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cross-functional initiatives.
Proven experience in resource planning, cost estimation, and financial management.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
Adaptive to changing priorities and able to navigate unexpected challenges.
Familiarity with various delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and ability to tailor them to specific needs.
Experience in developing and implementing best practices, playbooks, and check-lists.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected US salary range:
$111,400.00 - $175,300.00Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long term incentive if applicable, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days. A summary of benefits is listed here.
