What You Will Do

• Spearhead AI adoption and integration aimed to enhance developer productivity and organizational efficiency.
• Define a clear AI implementation roadmap, evaluate technologies, and launch AI solutions.
• Showcase the effectiveness of LLMs in producing functional code and/or improving development experience.
• Cultivate an environment of effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders and development teams. 
• Monitor and optimize the performance of implemented AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration.
• Present progress reports to the executive team, highlighting achievements, findings, and course changes.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI trends, and identify solutions to improve operations and productivity.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in software development, demonstrating a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Passionate about AI, continuously engaged with emerging trends and technologies.
• Self-driven individual capable of leading projects and pioneering innovative solutions.
• Skilled in our tech stack, including JavaScript, Node.js, React, and React Native.

A Plus

• Proven ability to integrate and ship production-ready AI-powered solutions
• Experience training and refining LLMs to generate high-quality and context-aware code
• Knowledge of security, cryptography, cryptocurrencies, protocol design, and implementation
