Your role in our mission

  • Design and Develop Test Automation Frameworks: Create and maintain advanced test automation frameworks to ensure comprehensive test coverage and efficient testing processes.
  • Enhance Testability: Collaborate with development and product teams to design software that is easily testable, including the implementation of test hooks and interfaces.
  • Serviceability: Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure software is serviceable, including the development of diagnostic tools, logging mechanisms, and notification systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Lead QA efforts, including the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
  • Continuous Integration and Deployment: Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery.
  • Performance Testing: Conduct performance and load testing to ensure software meets performance requirements.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior SDETs and QA engineers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and operations, to ensure quality is built into the software development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in software development and testing, with a focus on test automation and QA.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of software testability, serviceability, and quality assurance principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The pay range for this position is $88,800.00 - $126,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
