How You’ll Spend Your Time

Client Delivery

  • Proactively working with the client to deliver quality software solutions
  • Communicating effectively with client colleagues on process, delivery, and team health to increase team proficiency
  • Progressively enhance the codebase and supporting systems and pay down tech debt as part of the software delivery process

Test Double

  • Identify areas where we can elevate impact at the client
  • Mentoring and teaching fellow agents as part of supporting your colleagues' growth objecctives or improving client delivery
  • Pursuing areas of professional development using 10% weekly growth time



Compensation:

Starting salary: $139,000 - $162,500USD

Dependent on experience and interview process
