Senior Social Worker - Child Protection (Hybrid)

Position Description

Anoka County Community Social Services and Behavioral Health (CSS/BH) currently has one full-time position available as a Senior Social Worker in our Child Protection Ongoing Unit, and one full-time position available as a Senior Social Worker in our Child Protection Investigations Unit. One position provides case management to families who have been identified as having child protection concerns and who need assistance with addressing those concerns to improve the safety and well-being for their children. The other position investigates reports of abuse/neglect.

This posting will also be used to create an eligibility list for upcoming and future Senior Social Worker vacancies in Child Protection.

This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid position. Interviews will take place the week of March 31st, 2025, for those selected to move forward in the hiring process. 

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $85,363 to $102,440 ($41.04 to $49.25 per hour).
• 2025 Anoka County Salary Schedule Grade 36: $85,363 to $119,496 ($41.04 to $57.45 per hour).
