Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant - Washington, DC

We are currently seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join our dynamic and remote team.
Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to optimize business processes.Provide expert guidance and recommendations on best practices for ServiceNow implementation.Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions.Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow modules and functionalities.Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and business process consulting.Strong understanding of ITIL framework and ServiceNow platform.Experience working with federal government clients and familiarity with government regulations and requirements.US Citizenship is required due to govt rules and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA).Experience with IT service management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM), and/or IT business management (ITBM) modules in ServiceNow.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
