Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our team. They should possess a deep understanding of technical audits, data analysis, and local search strategies. The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and creative problem-solving skills. Competitive salary range of $3,000 to $5,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical audits and identify areas for optimization across various digital platforms.
• Utilize a variety of data sources and research tools to inform SEO/SEM strategies.
• Manage agency teams effectively to execute SEO/SEM campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and rapidly build expertise on new businesses and industry verticals.
• Implement local SEO strategies and manage local listings effectively.
• Utilize HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and CSS to implement technical SEO enhancements.
• Analyze complex data sets using advanced Excel and other analytical tools.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in SEO including technical audits.
• Experience with local SEO strategies, local listings management (LLM), and local rankings.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
• Proven track record of leadership and mentoring junior team members.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
