As a member of RSM’s consulting team, you’ll work directly with nonprofit clients to better understand their unique needs and deliver excellent solutions within the Salesforce NPSP environment. This experience also allows you to see firsthand the positive impact your efforts have on the client’s success. The Senior Salesforce Nonprofit Consultant with be part of a team responsible for delivering cloud technology solutions, specifically Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack and related applications (Grant Management, Marketing Cloud Engagement for Nonprofits, Case Management, Experience Cloud for Nonprofits, Elevate, Insights Platform, Accounting Subledger) and integrations, to our clients. Your role will include requirements gathering, solutioning, configuration, testing, training, and post-deployment support.  In this role, you will work alongside other Salesforce Consultants, Solution and Technical Architects, and Developers to design, develop, and deliver solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Great communication skills. You will be interfacing with industry leading associations and their executive teams and building trust and confidence in our ability to understand our client’s business objectives and to create and deliver solutions that leverage the platforms that we represent.
•Generation of design and specifications for the out of the box and custom solutions.
•Engage with clients to build and document requirements. This includes meetings on premises or remote.
•Lead and coordinate implementation, audit and discovery meetings, developing and documenting customer and member journeys.
•Build solutions for clients based on business cases and the capabilities of NPSP and other applications and integrations.
•Develop reports and dashboards.
•Review, test, and generate documentation of solutions before delivery to the client.
•Maintain an understanding of the capabilities in new Salesforce releases.
•Provide accurate accounting of time spent on tasks.
•Maintain awareness of budget and constraints.
•Act as a point of escalation for team members.
•Attend onsite meetings and training sessions throughout the year.
•Engage with team members in a collaborative and process.

Minimum Qualifications


•3+ years hands-on experience implementing and enhancing the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) platform
•Required Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant
•Experience with Salesforce.org’s modules and solutions like Program Management, Nonprofit Cloud Case Management, Marketing Cloud Engagement for Nonprofits, Grantmaking, Elevate, and Accounting Subledger
•Experience with automations and flows
•Experience leading discovery sessions and gathering requirements
•Experience working with nonprofit clients
•Experience in a consulting environment

Preferred Qualifications

•Preferred Salesforce certifications: Business Analyst, Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator
•Ability to quickly learn about new clients, their industry and business challenges.
•Experience with telecommuting
•Be available to travel up to 35%

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $78,600 - $148,500

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
