We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce developer with 7+ years of expertise in Salesforce development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading projects, developing and implementing Salesforce solutions, provides guidance to the developers in the team, with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Integrations. A deep understanding of data relationships and Salesforce LDV (Large Data Volume) objects. The Senior Salesforce developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our organization's Salesforce architecture, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Discover, Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and workflows
• Lead and manage Salesforce projects by providing technical expertise, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
• Develop and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and Visualforce pages
• Implement Lightning components and frameworks
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP, and other tools.
• Utilize strong understanding of data relationships to design and optimize data models.
• Manage and enhance bulk data performance to ensure efficient processing and retrieval.
• Optimize and improve existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring performance, scalability, and security
• Implement and manage data archival processes to ensure long-term data retention and compliance while optimizing system performance.
• Provide guidance to the developers in the team.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, best practices, and industry trends

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Controllers, Extensions, Batch classes, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components and Lightning Framework for enhanced user experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, governor limits, and performance considerations.
• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST APIs, SOAP, and web services.
• Strong experience with implementation and customizing Salesforce Communities and Portals.
• Deep understanding of data relationships, bulk data performance optimization, and Salesforce LDV objects.
• Experience with data and metadata migration activities with Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Strong Salesforce Administration skills and proficient in creating Flows.
• Experience in creating custom Reports & Dashboards.
• Experience with implementing CI/CD pipelines using deployment tools like Flosum.
• Experience in implementing SF Connect.
• Experience in implementing Data Cloud, Salesforce Einstein Products is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and drive successful outcomes.

Targeted Salary Range: $130 - $145k
