We are looking for a Salesforce Professional with over 5 years of experience working with Salesforce and supporting a high growth go-to-market organization.

As a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications and custom integrations while partnering with a variety of internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will be focussing on the Quote to Cash business processes. You will also be expected to have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities as well as hands-on experience administering and configuring Salesforce CPQ. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to adapt to changing business needs.

The opportunity

• Design and build scalable, comprehensive solutions within Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ and associated applications

• Work closely with business stakeholders to respond to and proactively identify challenges that can be solved with system and/or process improvements

• Lead the prioritization, tracking, delivery and communication of system changes to impacted users and stakeholders

• Troubleshoot any technical issues uncovered and assist end users in resolving their inquiries

• Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce administration and configuration including Salesforce CPQ

• Strong strategic thinker and problem solver with ability to work independently

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a strong focus on delivering the best possible solution

• Self motivated with a high level of accountability and ability to execute on multiple and competing projects and deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers

Colorado, New York, California, Washington only: The salary range for this position is as indicated below. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience, among other factors.
Colorado: $108,000 - $121,500
New York/California/Washington: $120,000 - $135,000
