What we’re looking for:
Iodine Software is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Demand Generation and Enablement, the Senior Sales Enablement Manager is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for building and scaling programs that improve the effectiveness and productivity of Iodine’s revenue teams. This role owns onboarding, certification, digital asset management, and select project management initiatives to ensure our teams are consistently prepared to win.

This highly cross-functional role will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, CX, and RevOps to ensure seamless alignment across the buyer journey. We’re looking for a motivated, accountable self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings structure, creativity, and initiative to every project. 

What you’ll do:

  • Own and continuously refine a structured, milestone-based onboarding program for new team members

  • Build and maintain a robust certification program covering product knowledge, messaging, objection handling, and competitive positioning

  • Drive continuous learning through ongoing training sessions aligned with product releases, sales methodologies, and evolving market trends

  • Implement and manage a centralized digital asset management system for all enablement content

  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and process documentation

  • Ensure content is accessible, current, and aligned with every stage of the sales cycle

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure materials reflect market trends, buyer personas, and competitive insights

  • Lead select enablement and go-to-market projects in collaboration with cross functional teams 

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Product Marketing, Product, and Marketing to ensure consistent, strategic alignment

  • Support major product and messaging launches with training, content, and communication plans

  • Measure enablement impact through adoption metrics, sales performance data, and feedback loops

  • Identify gaps in training, process, or tools and recommend scalable solutions

  • Provide regular insights and reporting to leadership on program effectiveness and areas for optimization 

What we’d love to see 

  • (Required) 4-6 years in Sales Enablement, Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations within a SaaS company (healthcare tech preferred)

  • (Required) Bachelors degree

  • (Required) Proven success in designing and scaling onboarding and certification programs 

  • (Preferred) Experience managing enablement platforms (e.g. Highspot) and digital content libraries

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute cross-functional initiatives

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization 

  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring enablement ROI and performance impact

  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger, Miller Heiman, or similar frameworks. 

  • Motivated, accountable, and proactive - a self-starter who brings energy, ownership, and a bias for action

  • High emotional intelligence and relationship skills, and an ability to read and adapt to changing environments

  • Travel to and from company headquarters in Austin, Texas is required for new hire orientation, onboarding and occasional company meetings
