Job Description: We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer with a strong background in UiPath and general software engineering principles. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing automation solutions to optimize business processes for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots that deliver measurable improvements to our clients' operations.
Key Responsibilities:
RPA Solution Development: Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath to address specific business needs.
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document automation requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of processes and objectives.
Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation, streamline workflows, and implement RPA solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
Bot Testing: Develop comprehensive testing plans and perform thorough testing of RPA bots to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and robustness.
Bot Deployment: Using UiPath Orchestrator to deploy RPA solutions into production environments, monitoring their performance and addressing any issues promptly.
Documentation: Create detailed documentation of RPA solutions, including design specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guides using UiPath PSDD template.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest RPA and automation trends and technologies, recommending improvements and enhancements to existing processes.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and software developers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with expertise in UiPath with Microsoft Power Automate a plus
- Programming skills, preferably in languages such as C#, Python, or Java a plus
- Proficiency in process analysis, workflow design, and process automation.
- Experience with RPA deployment, monitoring, and maintenance using UiPath with Power Automate a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with version control systems and software development best practices.
- Certifications in UiPath is a must with Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.
Although hybrid to a local HUB office is desirable, we are open to remote candidates.

Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
