This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as an Senior RevOps Specialist, joining our Sales team.
What you bring
- Several years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of operations (business, revenue or sales preferred)
- Experience leveraging tools like Leandata, Zapier, Camunda or similar to automate processes
- BSc/MSc degree in Management, Business or a similar
- Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Expertise in all phases of a project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Exceptional resourcefulness for solving problems and making strategic decisions in uncertain situations
- Strong organisational skills, autonomously balancing multiple priorities and optimising critical paths
- Advanced experience in root-cause analysis
- Deep SFDC expertise and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools
- You possess a good understanding of process design, an eye for detail, and have a drive to make things more efficient, repeatable and scalable.
- Data-driven and continuous improvement mindset (system thinker)
- Previous experience with Business Process Methodologies (BPM) (preferred)
- SaaS and B2B experience (preferred)
- Experience working remotely is considered a plus (preferred)
- Previous experience working for a global startup (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives dedicated to [sales] process improvement and architectural simplification in alignment with GTM strategy.
- Ensure the smooth and timely implementation of new processes across our systems, emphasising scalability and efficiency while prioritising process adoption and documentation
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for process automation and optimisation, ensuring a strategic focus on scalability to accommodate significant business growth.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis to define problems, gather data, identify additional causes, prioritise, and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and implement operational solutions by leveraging Business Process Methodologies (BPM), like Six Sigma and Agile by defining, designing, executing, monitoring, and optimizing business processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and agility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve integration between Salesforce and critical systems such as Remote, HubSpot, Leandata, and Vitally.
- Monitor process adoption, data compliance, and governance.
- Document and create a knowledge repository for first-tier sales support clarifying new and existing process changes
- Maintain data integrity within customer records in Salesforce and other systems.
- Develop best practices to align sales data quality with company initiatives.

We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.
The base salary range for this full-time position is between $51,100 USD to $102,250 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
