Position Summary

As a key member of the management team, the Regional Director of Finance, OVG360, a Division of Oak View Group will report to the VP of Venue Finance and Business Development. In this role, the Senior Regional Director of Finance will be an advisor to and collaborator with the Field finance division to provide information, analysis, and insights/recommendations with respect to corporate strategy, as well as financial and accounting matters. They will be responsible for overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the Facilities organization.

The Senior Regional Director of Finance must be detail-oriented and have a passion for rolling up his/her sleeves. This role will pay a yearly salary of $130,000 to $180,000 plus bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Facilities Division accounting, financial reporting/planning, functions with the ability to delegate, inspire and be “hands-on” in key areas
• Manage a team of Field Finance and Regional Finance Directors
• Report to leadership on venue profitability and cash flow needs
• Maintain and update the accounting policies and procedures manual.
