About the Role:
As a Senior Recruiter at HopeLink, you'll play a critical role in attracting and engaging top talent to support our mission. You'll manage the full recruiting lifecycle for a variety of positions, including high-volume call center roles, behavioral health specialists, and support staff. This is a fully remote opportunity that allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to a meaningful cause.
Salary, Schedule & Location:
- 9 am - 5 pm Monday thru Friday
- Remote Local Candidates Preferred
- $70,000 - $90,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all HopeLink positions.
- Proactively source and attract world-class talent using various strategies (active/passive sourcing, job boards, conferences, social media, etc.).
- Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring timelines.
- Create and post compelling job advertisements on various platforms.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Research and implement best practices and process improvements.
- Manage recruitment-related projects.
- High degree of empathy toward individuals with suicidal thoughts, serious mental illness; substance use disorders, and facing life crisis.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of proven experience as a recruiter, including experience hiring for a variety of roles.
- 2+ years of experience with high-volume recruitment
- Call center recruitment experience highly preferred.
- Proven ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
