Job Description Summary:

The Credit Decision Systems QA Analyst is responsible for managing BRMS projects of global credit platforms including architecture, design, development, UAT, and release cycle management. The role utilizes strong technical and analytical skills to understand the business processes and translate them into technical flows for implementation into BRMS. Persons in this role will be responsible for working with global business partners to understand their products and requirements while being able to implement and test projects against tight timelines.

  • Lead the testing team to ensure business goals are achieved
  • Design and review internal test suites
  • Ensure BRMS platform stability & coordinating with external teams for platform enhancements
  • Establish strong partnerships with business stakeholder and technology teams that will enable the team to meet business objectives.
  • Manage the build and maintenance of robust test frameworks to support UAT initiatives
  • Work with external BRMS vendors to optimize internal usage of their tools
  • Provide periodic updates on project status and escalate issues to senior management and assist in issue resolution.
  • Provide technical implementation support for new credit products
  • Rules release management and monitoring

Required skills:
6-8 years Java experience
6-8 years testing/automation experience

Desired skills:
IBM/ODM rules testing experience

Strong SQL background
