As a key member of the Human Resources Global Services Team, you will play a role in delivering trusted Human Resource services to foster Intel’s success and enrich lives, one person and one family at a time.

As a Senior Project/Program Manager, you will be tasked with leading the design and implementation of enterprise-wide processes and capabilities that support all Intel employees utilizing HR platforms.  The Senior Project/Program Manager will help establish and maintain planning, tracking, and indicator systems for programs with the goal of improving long term visibility and predictability and enabling data driven decision making. The ideal candidate will be dynamic and driven with experience in project management principles and methodologies as well as proven experience in stakeholder management. • Applies technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.
