Senior Project Operations Specialist

Ready to make a difference? ICF is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist. In this role, you will work with ICF project managers and corporate services to support the ongoing operations of our justice, research, victim service programs. This involves close coordination with corporate purchasing, subcontracts, accounts payable, reprographics, IT, travel to implement key processes, keep project schedules and documentation up to date, and track and manage project tasks. This is a role for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and really dive into the details. Successful candidates will be resourceful, self-motivated, and possess exceptional communication skills. Candidates should appreciate a collaborative environment while also be highly independent and driven to follow-up on tasks without prompting.
What you will do:
· Support ongoing operations for justice, research, and victim service programs.
· Coordinate with corporate services such as purchasing, subcontracts, accounts payable, reprographics, IT, and travel.
· Implement key processes and keeping project schedules and documentation up to date.
· Track and manage project tasks.
What you will need:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· 5+ years of experience in business operations.
· 5+ years of experience with Federal government agencies
· US Citizenship is required (required by federal government for position).
What would be nice to have:
· Experience working with criminal justice and/or victim services organizations.
· Highly independent and driven to follow up on tasks without prompting.
· Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office 365.
· Able to build and maintain trusted relationships with colleagues and clients.
· Organized, detail-oriented, effective time management

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
