Senior Project Manager, Product Security (Remote)

As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a vital role as part the Product Security Team. In this position, you will ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of projects, while exemplifying our core values of Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance. This role is with the Digital Robotics and Enabling Technologies organization, focusing on supporting enterprise-wide projects and initiatives associated with the processes and tools to support the development of secure medical devices.

This role is remote and can be based in any US location.
What you will doLead the team in the development of the project charter and management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control project. Develop strong business case and evaluate tradeoffs within project.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop, manage and own project scope. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure.
Develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart. Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones. Own the project schedule
Collaborate with cross-functional managers to define project budget. Monitor and maintain costs within budget.
Partner with project team to create project Quality Plans using 2-3 quality planning tools and techniques. Monitor and maintain plans.
Develop a risk management plan for the project. Identify, analyze, and understand project risks; develop and monitor a risk response plan.
Estimate, acquire and assign cross functional project resources. Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member. Provide direct feedback to functional manager on performance reviews.
Develop a Stakeholder management plan for the project, based on the identification, analysis and understanding of Stakeholder expectations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 6 years of related work experience in R&D and Project Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in project management preferred.
PMP or equivalent preferred
Utilization of Agile and rolling-wave or waterfall planning methodology
Experience in Product Security preferred
Lead or developed projects for medical devices or regulated industries
$100,500.00 - $215,300.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
