Summary
As a Project Manager, will leverage their strong organizational and technical skills in the context of the software development project lifecycle to deliver complex changes on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects for hospitals or health insurance companies and be familiar with concepts and processes from both the healthcare and software industries.

Your role in our mission
- Manage customer project delivery for small to medium projects.
- Manage project financials including P&L.
- Provide reliable financial forecasts to management.
- Manage client relationships for assigned projects.
- Represent the organization to external customers/clients.
- Manage project team of internal and external resources with a team size less than 20 people.
- Encourage skill development of project team members.
What we're looking for
- 6 years or more experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through a full project life cycle.
- 3 or more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience.
- Strong knowledge in project management methodology as well as waterfall and agile software development life cycles.
- Ability to demonstrate basic knowledge of project support, client relations, IT industry, accounting, and time recording/effort tracking.
- Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects of varying sizes and levels of ambiguity.
