The Opportunity:

CACI is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support our DAF customer to provide a common set of required Enterprise IT services across 187 bases. The Sr. Project Manager will lead project management activities related to SIPR to include transitioning to updated facilities, processes, and technologies to ensure that there is no degradation in support.  In addition, the Sr. Project Manager will support the SIPR PM to track the development and implementation of a classified ServiceNow IT Service Management system, Unified Endpoint Management Core service, and Enterprise Service Desk that will support 40,000 users and 4,000 endpoints in the SIPR enclave. 

The Sr. Project Manager will support our DoD customer with the execution of an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Primary back-up to SIPR PM regarding all tasks on the Order.

  • Interface with Government, CACI, and CTA stakeholders as needed to ensure that all facets of the SIPR Order are delivered.

  • Lead internal daily scrums to discuss collective work, progress against schedules and tasks, and to share information about any possible roadblocks and/or obstacles. 

  • Support SIPR PM with the staffing of all CACI tasks enforcing work standards across the SIPR Order.

  • Responsible for monitoring progress against the Integrated Master Schedule and support business cadence necessary to ensure schedules remain accurate at all times.

  • Will support the development of the SIPR Implementation plan and delivery of CDRLs as directed by the SIPR PM.

  • Creates detailed reporting to monitor project progress.

  • Collaborates and regularly communicates with project manager on project status.

  • Recommends ways to improve existing processes using significant conceptualizing, reasoning, and interpretation skills.

  • Helps to coordinate Government milestones such as System Release Design Board (SRDB) and Operational Readiness Review (ORR).

  • Communicates effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Assists in the writing of project requirements, test plans and other project deliverables.

  • Develops program / project standard operating procedures as required.

  • Reviews Contract Deliverables.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • BA/BS + 10 years (additional 5+ years of recent relevant experience may be substituted for degree)

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse team.

  • Experience driving technical meetings and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders to track progress of ongoing activities and identify business needs to ensure the customer needs are being met.

  • Experience conducting interviews with stakeholders to gather pertinent information and documenting findings.

  • Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio), SharePoint, and Project.

  • The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse team.

  • A willingness to learn and stay abreast of industry trends.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$86,800-$191,000
