What You Will Do

The Rotor Core Value Stream Senior Program Manager (P5) will be responsible for the interfacing and with site and value stream teams in support of value stream priorities. Coordinating and prioritizing Value Stream projects for needed and best ROI meeting customer demand and business expectations.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Process improvements

• Lead Value Stream Risk & Opportunity Process

• Organize and support critical Value stream recovery projects

• Organize Value Stream Critical Engagements

• Value stream lead for project and program management

• Proactive management of value stream issues, leading from the front, and addressing issues before they become problems.

• Travel: 25% - 50%

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in Operations, Program Management, Engineering, or Digital Technology; OR an Advanced degree (MS/MBA) and 8+ years of relevant experience.

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Degree STEM field and background in either Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Program Management.
