We’re looking for Greenhouse’s next Senior Program Manager, People Experience & Culture!

You will be instrumental in the design of the people experience strategy, with a focus on our remote-first workplace, culture and recognition programs, and connection building. You will also be the executional engine behind bringing these strategies to life. You will partner closely with the team members who lead Performance Management, Engagement, and Learning & Development to connect the dots in the employee lifecycle. This role sits on the People Success team and reports directly to the Director of Organizational Development.

What you’ll do

  • Refresh our company values and build corresponding initiatives that inspire employees 
  • Leverage employee survey data to build programs that create meaningful connections in our remote-first workplace
  • Design and execute recognition programs to reinforce high performance,  employee engagement, and motivation
  • Design, facilitate, and coordinate virtual and in-person team-building experiences
  • Design our employee milestone strategy and coordinate operations in our corresponding tools and communication channels, e.g., year gifts, employee swag store, anniversary Slack channel
  • Partner with the People Business Partner team to provide offsite guidance to cross-functional teams
  • Own the administration and reporting of our People Experience technology platforms 
  • Provide guidance and allocate budgets for our location-based hub volunteers to ensure impactful in-person gatherings
  • Manage vendor relationships and execute the procurement process for contracts and billing

You should have

  • Experience in a People & Culture role, with experience in a People Experience specific role
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align initiatives with organizational goals
  • Proven experience in project and stakeholder management across teams and levels
  • Proactive self-starter, capable of driving initiatives independently
  • Builder who enjoys meticulously setting up long-term structure and processes 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized

The national pay range for this role is $103,600 - $138,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.

The anticipated closing date for this role is April 5th, 2025.
