PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $125,700.00-$153,600.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $97,400.00 - $181,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage.  Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance.  We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees.  Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan.  Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Lead and actively participate in projects focused on delivering system enhancements, process improvements, and business growth.
  • Drive Member and Digital Experience Direction: Shape and manage the strategic roadmap for the Member and Digital Experience, ensuring alignment with BECU’s mission and goals.
  • Optimize Processes & Performance: Implement and refine standards, policies, and processes while tracking key metrics to measure success and drive efficiency.
  • Foster Clear Communication: Provide leadership with timely and accurate updates, ensuring transparency and alignment on program progress and objectives.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee and member experiences.
  • Champion Member & Employee Advocacy: Analyze feedback from surveys and implement solutions to address evolving needs and expectations.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Stay ahead of federal and state regulations impacting your area, ensuring full compliance and seamless integration with other business functions.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships: Oversee vendor contracts, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality service delivery that enhances member satisfaction.
  • Enhance Cross-Department Communication: Work across teams to facilitate information sharing, ensuring a coordinated approach to achieving BECU’s goals.
  • Track & Report on Key Metrics: Maintain essential operational and management reporting to monitor and improve program effectiveness.
  • Make an Impact Beyond the Job Description: Take initiative in refining and enhancing processes to continuously elevate service quality and business outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. in business or equivalent work or education related experience.
  • Experience managing project teams required.
  • Seven years of functional experience required, in the Financial Services industry preferred.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Five years of experience in operations management, project management, technology implementation, internal controls development and oversight preferred.
  • Experience in roles where enhancing customer experience was a primary focus, preferably in consumer-oriented companies where customer satisfaction and engagement were key priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate in the English language.
  • Excellent project management, effective leadership and negotiation skills.
