Senior Program Manager, Healthcare Transformation Description
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to add to their team in the United States. Working as an integral part of the leadership team, you will lead complex, multi-stream programs, working closely with clients and internal teams to drive strategic solutions and foster thought leadership. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of program management experience and has a strong background in a SAFe methodologies environment. Senior Program Manager, Healthcare Transformation Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted advisor and main contact for healthcare clients
• Address client pain points quickly, completely, and efficiently
• Translate business needs into program objectives and technical solutions
• Lead end-to-end delivery of programs, maintaining alignment with client goals
• Develop program roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans within team capacity
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure programs remain on track
• Implement SAFe principles
• Facilitate program increment planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with other teams to maintain agile workflows and improvement
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency
• Articulate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Partner with development teams for custom solution execution
• Manage interdependencies between workstreams and maintain team alignment
Senior Program Manager, Healthcare Transformation Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3+ years of Program Management experience required
• Experience in the Healthcare or Healthcare Technology space required
• Familiarity with SAFe methodology required
• Ability to travel domestically 10% of the time required
