Senior Program Manager (Content & Creative) - Remote (United States)

About the Role: 

Brightline brings virtual behavioral and mental health care to families, when and where they need it. We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join our marketing team and work cross-functionally to lead B2B, B2C, and B2B2C content strategy and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of all marketing content, including the annual content calendar and opportunities that arise throughout the year. It will require partnering inside and outside the organization to gather relevant insights and facts, create assets, and get approval for bringing pieces of content to market. As the Sr. Program Manager, you will utilize your expertise to propose and deliver content that will drive customer and member growth.

Core Competencies & Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: You will establish collaborative working relationships with Clinical, Partnerships, Customer Success, Product, Data Science, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless strategic alignment for the content calendar.

  • Strategic Mindset: You will become knowledgeable about our B2B partners and prospects and our B2C members and parents. You will use your insights, strategy and the results from previous campaigns to refine the content roadmap.

  • Data Driven, Analytical Thinking: You will monitor content performance and audience engagement metrics to optimize content strategy and inform future content decisions.

  • Curious: You will stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and enhance our content strategy.

  • Dynamic Decision-Making and Action-Orientation: You will lead planning with key internal and agency partners to ensure alignment on content topics and that the subject-matter experts are aligned to assist with each topic.

  • Resourceful and Situational Adaptability: You will orchestrate multiple activities simultaneously to accomplish a goal and use limited resources efficiently to get things done. You will adapt your approach to match the shifting demands of our organization.

  • Project management and organization: You are able to manage multiple campaigns that are in progress at the same time and quickly surface when a project gets off-track and needs support.

  • You are comfortable working with cross functional teams and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves or project manage complex processes in order to get things done in a timely manner.

  • You use available data to back up your recommendations. You have a strong orientation to reviewing data, digging deeper into areas that may need more discovery, building business takeaways based on data and insights.

  • You have created and presented business cases to senior management.

  • You are a seasoned writer with the ability to craft a compelling creative brief that will help our agency partners deliver exceptional assets.

  • You have strong industry experience in benefits providers, employee health and wellness, health plans, or related commercial spaces.

Compensation Philosophy:

  • At Brightline we have built a total rewards philosophy that includes fair, equitable, competitive, geo-based compensation that is performance and potential based. Our strategy is based on robust market research, including external advisory specializing in national compensation, and thoughtful input from every level of our organization. It is a combination of a cash salary, equity, benefits, wellbeing, and opportunity. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for applicants is $108,000-$170,000.
