Senior Program Analyst

Job Description:
The Senior Program Analyst will support projects within a very large, joint, program with a global mission. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years’ related experience and have a history of successfully supporting projects, contracts, or operations. Candidate must enjoy working in a high tempo environment with other high-performing personnel. Candidate will have full access to corporate resources to support project within schedule and budgetary constraints. Candidate will provide support to the delivery of key project deliverables. Candidate will be responsible for tracking deliverable submissions, travel and procurement authorization requests, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and controlling administrative functions of assigned projects
- Reviewing, submitting, and tracking project deliverables/status
- Identifying project risks or timeline delays
- Coordinating with corporate support functions to ensure successful project execution
- Assisting the Program Management Office (PMO) in capturing contract level metrics to include but not limited to: accomplishments, schedules, quality, deliverables, and stakeholder feedback
- Developing in-depth knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
- Mobilizing company resources to support project teams
- Working with other managers, technical teams, and discipline leads to document plans for the various elements of each project; tracking whether or not the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans
- Traveling is not anticipated at this time
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience OR 6+ years of relevant experience
- Extreme attention to detail
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite and Adobe PRO
- Ability to brief project leadership on project status, milestones, and/or challenges
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to pivot across multiple projects and prioritize workload accordingly
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience executing on GSA/FEDSIM contracts
- Previous experience with Department of Defense
- Ability to obtain government security clearance
