We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Product Operations Manager to join our team, reporting to the Sr Manager, Product Operations. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for efficiency and communication — constantly looking for ways to improve our product lifecycle process enabling the product team to deliver solutions more effectively and cross functionally.  Additionally, this candidate will have expertise in design operations ensuring teams are setup for success with discipline specific process, tools, and training while also supporting partnerships between design, user research, content, product management, and engineering enabling strong product delivery. The role entails collaborating & building relationships with cross-functional teams to better understand our product health to drive us toward remaining competitive in the market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead product lifecycle development efforts including identifying efficiency opportunities, tooling for data capture, review and reporting, working with cross-functional stakeholders to define process improvements, drive leadership alignment, and enable effective change management.

  • Lead process development and ways of working to facilitate strong partnerships between product experience functions (design, content, user research), product management, and engineering ensuring successful delivery of products with delightful member, client, and provider experiences.

  • Provide focused operational support for product experience functions (design, content, user research) ensuring teams are set up for success with discipline specific process, tools, and training.

  • Drive standardization & guidelines for design processes within the software development lifecycle.

  • Champion continuous improvement using innovative ideas to increase effectiveness. 

  • Drive successful change initiatives by fostering engagement, managing resistance, and facilitating a smooth transition.

  • Define strong communication strategies that provide effective sharing of information determining the most appropriate communication channels, formats, and frequency to ensure that relevant information reaches the intended recipients in a clear and timely manner.

  • Adopt a systematic approach to gather and analyze relevant data to understand process performance and make data-driven decisions. 

  • Effectively convey ideas and encourage collaboration, engagement, and alignment among team members and stakeholders.

  • Drive optimization of the product team’s systems and processes, and identify opportunities to improve the overall productivity and ways of working of the product org. 

  • Plan and develop key metrics to track progress on priorities throughout the year. Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions and measure success.

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, design operations, or a related field.

  • Experience in product design operations including process development & improvement, tooling configuration (i.e. Figma), and facilitating best ways of working between designers, product management, and engineering functions.

  • Skills including planning, organizing, and managing complex initiatives.

  • Ability to think critically and strategically to address complex problems and develop effective solutions.

  • Able to identify problems, analyze root causes, develop solutions, and define change management roll-out plans.

  • Proficient in stakeholder management, relationship building, and communication management.

  • Excellent organization and time management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate & influence process improvements.

  • Knowledge of product development methodologies (e.g. Agile, SAFe).

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience working in a B2B software company preferred.

  • Experience in healthcare is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000- $140,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
