Senior Product Operations Manager

As a Product Operations Manager at Vanta, think of yourself as a Product Manager for how the Product and Design teams work. You’ll be the connective tissue between Product, Design, and Go-to-market, building systems and processes that make customer feedback actionable (VOC), setting our pricing and packaging, and helping the team plan cross-functionally.

What you'll do as a Product Operations Manager at Vanta:

• Own and drive our voice of customer feedback system to ensure we can turn feedback into insights and action.

• Build, maintain, and communicate product launch plans. Partner with EPD and GTM teams to track execution, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

• Optimize processes, systems, and tools, allowing teams to work more effectively and better leverage how we work.

• Leverage automation to reduce the manual work that folks are facing on a day-to-day basis

How to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, product or business operations, or related roles in a high-growth and complex environment.

• Ability to bring clarity to complex areas of collaboration at the company level.

• Is metrics and data-driven and has a commercially minded approach when solving problems.

• Has strong business acumen, allowing you to make strategic business decisions that drive the business forward.

• Effectively communicates with and influences cross-functional stakeholders.

• Is a strong decision-maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and iteration.

• Ability to operate at multiple altitudes, from driving the execution of a product launch to developing our long-term product operations strategy.

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The salary or OTE range for this position is $169,000 - $199,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
